尊敬的先生／女士：
您好！我是来自于“上海新途健康促进社”的志愿者戴佳。新途是上海知名的致力于促进社区人群健康意识、倡导健康生活方式和促进个人、家庭和社区健康发展的公益组织机构。
2012年12月2日新途旗下的“益动生活”品牌（一个旨在发动公众参与组织以运动为主要形式倡导活动、推广健康生活方式、提高公众对慢性疾病的预防意识和健康自我管理能力，通过设计专项基金和组织筹款活动帮助慢性病的预防治疗、教育研究和可持续发展的公益品牌）将组织“索忆时光”上海城市街头快跑行动。
本次行动的目标是帮助失智老人（即老年痴呆症患者）。行动以“夺宝奇兵”的形式开展，报名队伍完成3公里的跑步和期间的5个任务后就能得到精美的礼品。报名费69元（送工具包一套，包括T恤、徽章等物品）扣除了制作工具包的成本后会全部进入上海公益事业发展基金会新途健康促进专项基金，以在社区开展预防失智的知识普及活动、社区倡导活动、针对高危失智人群的自我保健技能培训和为失智老人和家庭照料着提供支持服务。
我们诚意地邀请您的机构参与或是帮助我们推广本次活动，您机构的参与或推广将会让更多的人了解这次行动，让更多人关注失智老人并帮助他们和他们的家庭！

I am a volunteer named Dai Jia from Shanghai Xintu Center for Community Health Promotion, which is a famous NGO in Shanghai focusing on raising public consciousness for health, spreading ways to promote health and improving health of individuals, families and communities.
On Dec 2nd,2012, Yidong Living—one brand of Xintu whose aim is to promote a healthy lifestyle, raise public awareness of chronic diseases prevention and self-management for health through physical activity. These events are to raise fund for disease research, education, prevention and medical treatment with the community will have “Rush Street, Care for the Seniors”, which is a running for anti-dementia.
The running costs RMB 69 for every participant and participants will get application package include T-shirt, badge and so on. Groups of participants finish 5 tasks in 3 kilometer will be awarded. The money we get by the event will be denote to have lectures in community to spread knowledge about how to prevent dementia, help dementia sufferers to conduct self health care and offer help to families with dementia sufferers.
We sincerely invite your organizations to join in the event or promote the event to others because your help will raise awareness among the public to pay attention to dementia and offer help to the sufferers!
